When will my item(s) be shipped?
We ship items the day after we receive the order and all items are paid for. The delivery time depends on the shipment method and the destination of the shipment.

Is the quality/grade guarantueed?
What you see is what you get. If we have a certificate of authenticity we will include it with the product. However, we don’t create those. Our shops are managed by experts who know everything about the business and know how to grade and value our items.
