How do I know the value of my collection?
We can valuate your collection or single items, give an estimate of the time that the valuation will take, and make an you an offer. We buy collectables for every collection – even if at this moment we do not have a store for your collection we can easdily create one. Do you also buy collections or single items?
Certainly, we are interested in collections and rare pieces. We like to buy your collection if we have a shop for it or not. If we don't have one we can create one within a day. You can send us a list of the articles (possibly with photo or scan). This can be done at email@example.com or by telephone at +31 644 812 471 (weekdays 9-17 hrs, Amsterdam time). Of course you can also visit us without obligation for a free valuation. We travel worldwide for important collections and single items. Please make an appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I have Collectweb sell or auction my collection?
Off course, we can sell or auction your collection. After a valuation of your items we can determine a commission for Collectweb. You have a choice to auction or sell your collection. Sales will be done at www.collectweb.com. Auctions run at millenium-state.com. All items remain yours untill sold at collectweb.com or millenium-state.com.
Can I be kept informed of your offers?
Our customers receive special offers every week via our newsletter. You can register for our newsletter here. After creating an account on our website you will receive it automatically. Of course you can also unsubscribe from this.
How do I get on your mailing list?
We often find new items or buy collections. We will publish these in our newsletter, on Facebook and Instagram.
When you register for our newsletter and let us know your collection area, you will receive only the information you need for your collection. Of course we try to take your interest into account so that we do not cause any inconvenience.
How often do I receive mail?
In general, we will send you a mailing with special offers approximately once or twice a month. If you do not wish to receive mail, you can of course inform us by e-mail, or change the your pesonal data when you login. You will of course miss the special offers from then.
Will my address details be sold or passed on to third parties?
Collectweb records data for the execution of the agreement and its services. Your data can be used to inform you about products, services and activities of Collectweb/Collectweb.com, and carefully selected partners. When will my item(s) be shipped?
We ship items the day after we receive the order and all items are paid for. The delivery time depends on the shipment method and the destination of the shipment.
Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
Before shipment you can change your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is already shipped, the cost of the return shipment are for the consumer. Consumers have a statutory guarantee. Within 14 days the consumer has the option of dissolving the contract without giving any reason. We always cooperate to find a good solution.

What is the return policy?
It’s possible to return your order within the legal return period. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org in case of a return.
Is the quality/grade guarantueed?
What you see is what you get. If we have a certificate of authenticity we will include it with the product. However, we don’t create those. Our shops are managed by experts who know everything about the business and know how to grade and value our items. The meaning of all grades is explained in our page "grading" which can be found in the footer on every page. In these pages we explain what we maen by UNC, XF, Mint and all other grades.
